Safety of your porcelain in our hands, here is some safety and maintenance tips
​Washing in a dishwasher
Exquisite Porcelain products can be washed in a dishwasher however layout the dishes carefully so that they aren't touching each other, to prevent scratches and damage. If the porcelain is decorated with gold or platinum use delicate washing products and a 40°C programme, although we do not recommend washing these high quality products in a dishwasher as damage to the Gold or Platinum can occur.

​Washing by hand
To avoid scratches and damage we recommend washing our products individually and not using any sharp or rough cleaning materials such as cloths and sponges.
Heating
Our Porcelain can be used in a microwave unless its Gold or Platinum plated as damage can occur. It is safe to heat Porcelain up to 100°C but the process must be quite gentle, as rapid changes in temperature can damage our Porcelain.
Storage
The dishes are usually stored in stashes. To avoid scratches or damage, when taking the porcelain please ensure it is lifted rather than slide out from the stash.
